You are responsible for safeguarding the login credentials used to access the service and for all activities under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance per the selected plan and frequency. Invoices are due by the due date shown; overdue accounts may be suspended until settled.

3. Data & Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the owner of your business data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or assist others in doing so, including but not limited to unlawful activity or attempts to interfere with the platform.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms. You may cancel at any time; prepaid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
